Official “goodbye’s” go out to Windows XP today.

Windows XP had a good 7 year run.Today is the official cut off for Window’s XP. Microsoft will not longer sell the 7 year old operating system after June 30th, 2008. If you have a retail copy, hold onto it, if you don’t, get out there and grab it before it’s gone.

Don’t be to sad though, it’s part of the technical process. Your won’t be stuck with Vista (even though it has become better since it’s original release.) cause Microsoft is working on two things, one, codenamed Fiji, is a revamped version of Vista to tackle the downfalls of Vista much like Windows 98 SE did for Windows 98. The second thing they have been working on is codenamed Windows 7, the successor of Vista. Which is similar to how Windows XP quickly corrected the hate for Windows ME.
